Tariffs and conditions

The entire guest area is at ground level in the south wing of our estate; we offer three formulas to sejourn:

• one week
2 people = 900 Euros incl. VAT; 4 people = 1.800 Euros incl. VAT;
6 people = 2.500 Euros incl. VAT; 8 people = 3.400 Euros incl. VAT

• formula “L”
With long term staying starting from the 5th week a discount of 10% and from the 8th week of 20% will be granted on the weekly price.

Arrival: Saturdays from 5 p.m. (17:00 hours) to 7 p.m. (19:00 hours)
Departure: Saturdays by 10 a.m. (10:00 hours)

• short holiday (4 nights) – in case of availability
2 people = 550 Euros incl. VAT; 4 people = 1.000 Euros incl. VAT;
6 people = 1.500 Euros incl. VAT; 8 people = 2.000 Euros incl. VAT

Arrival: day agreed from 5 p.m. (17:00 hours) to 7 p.m. (19:00 hours)
Departure: day agreed by 10 a.m. (10:00 hours)

The reservation is valid with payment of 30% of the rent at least 3 weeks before the beginning of the stay (formula “week by week” and formula « L ») or 1 week before arrival formula « 4 nights »; the remainder is to be paid upon arrival. A refund will not be paid if the stay is terminated prematurely.

Currency is exclusively in Euros. We do not accept any checks; payment from abroad should be made via IBAN/BIC and locally by card or cash payment.

Our prices are all inclusive, even expenses such as electricity, water, central heating, Internet and TV connections and telephone charges to fixed mains connections, kitchen, bed, bath and pool laundry as well as the final cleaning.

With the beginning of the stay a bond of 300 Euros (2 to 4 people) or 500 Euros (6 to 8 people) is to be deposited. This bond is refund within 14 days after the departure, possible deduction of detriments.

Our property is – unfortunately – not suitable for pets.

Place of venue – legal domicile; only French legislation in force.
