Tariffs and conditions

The prices are to be understood for one week :

• OCEANE for 4 people 1,800 Euros incl. VAT
• PYRENEES for 2 people 900 Euros incl. VAT

(As OCEANE and PYRENEES connect – you can rent both as one communicating area.)

With long term stays starting from the 5th week a discount of 10% and from the 8th week of 20% will be granted on the weekly price.

With reservations 50% of the rent is to be paid 6 weeks before the beginning of the stay, the remainder is to be paid upon arrival. With the beginning of the stay a bond of 500 Euros (Océane) and 300 Euros (Pyrénées) is to be deposited. If the contract should not be made the pre-payment will be lost if a sub-letting cannot take place.

We do not accept any cheques. Payments from abroad should be made via IBAN / BIC, locally card and / or cash payment. Currency is exclusively in Euros.

If the journey should not take place for serious reasons, then

   • 50% of the agreed-upon rent will be forfeited three weeks before the beginning of renting
   • 80% two weeks before the beginning of renting and
   • 100% one week before the beginning of renting.

A refund will not be paid if the stay is terminated prematurely.
We recommend you to have a travel-insurance.

The additional expenses such as electricity, water, central heating, Internet and TV connections and telephone charges to fixed mains connections, kitchen, bed, bath and pool laundry as well as the final cleaning are included in the prices. With stays of several weeks the laundry is changed weekly. Likewise arrangements can be agreed upon over further cleaning dates with the tenant meeting the costs.

Arrival Saturdays from 5 p.m. (17:00 hours) to 7 p.m. (19:00 hours).
Departure Saturdays by 10:00 hours.

Short holidays possible. On demand – in case of idle capacity:

· PYRENEES (2 pers.) 4 nights = 550 Euros incl. VAT
· OCEANE (4 pers.) 4 nights = 1,100 Euros incl. VAT
